• A valid driver’s license is required.

• Renter must be confident and experienced in operating a scooter.

• Minimum rental period is 1 day.

• Delivery service requires a minimum 3-day rental. Shorter rentals must be picked up and returned at our office.

• The renter is fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft involving the scooter.

• Compensation is required for repairs or replacement based on the current market value.

Maximum financial responsibility is capped at:

• USD 200 for 110cc–125cc scooters

• USD 350 for 150cc–200cc scooters

In the case of theft, renter must report to local police and return the original key within 24 hours.

The renter is fully responsible for any damage, accident, or legal issue involving third parties during the rental period.

In case of lost items, the following fees apply:

• Key lost: USD 15

• Remote lost: USD 100

• Helmet lost: USD 15

• Registration document lost: USD 75

• Minor punctures (e.g. nails): renter is responsible for repair.

• Severe damage (e.g. blown tires): we will cover replacement costs.

• Scooter is provided without fuel.

• No refunds for unused fuel.

• Scooters must not be taken outside of Bali.

• Scooters may only be operated by the person listed in the rental agreement.

• Free delivery within Ubud central area.

• For locations outside Ubud, please contact us directly for delivery pricing based on your area.

• Minimum 3-day rental is required for delivery service.

• Monthly rentals: 50% cancellation fee for the remaining period.

• Daily & weekly rentals: No refunds for early returns or cancellations.
